Gulenist Akın İpek lost the lawsuit filed against the Republic of Turkey in ICSID (International Investment Arbitration). After the fugitive Akın İpek, one of the most well-known businessmen of the Fethullahist Terrorist Organisation, fled to the UK, and a trustee was appointed for his assets in Turkey. Ipek had filed a lawsuit against the Republic of Turkey in ICSID (International Investment Arbitration).

This lawsuit was concluded against Akın Ipek and his company today. The Republic of Turkey won the case.
