Met-Gun Group Signed Two Major Projects in Spain

Met-Gün Group, one of Turkey’s leading companies, has entered into a significant partnership in Spain through its subsidiary Luminous Renewable Energy. The EPC agreement with ISE Energy, part of the Spanish Gransolar Group, lays the foundation for two notable photovoltaic projects in Soria and Zaragoza, targeting a combined installed capacity of 23 MWp. This project strengthens Met-Gün’s reputation on the international stage and aims to increase renewable energy usage.

Installed Capacity: 11.32 MWp
Modules: 16,408 bifacial modules, each 690 Wp
System: Single-axis tracking system
Expected Production: Over 21,000 MWh annually
Supplier: PVHardware (a member of the Gransolar Group)
This combination significantly enhances energy efficiency and contributes substantially to the renewable energy sector.
🌍 Delving into the Soria Project
Installed Capacity: 11.79 MWp
Modules: 16,968 units
System: Single-axis tracking system, similar to Zaragoza
Expected Production: Over 20,000 MWh annually
The total combined annual production capacity of the two projects is planned to exceed 41,000 MWh.
Strategic Goals
Luminous Renewable Energy aims to increase its total installed capacity in Spain to 1 GW within three years. These large-scale investments will secure a strong position in Spain’s energy market and maintain leadership in renewable resources.
